The creative process refers to the way in which people come up with new ideas or how they come up with solutions for problems.
At Creative Process Wellness Center, we are committed to helping those find and develop their own creative process to enhance their emotional wellbeing.
Our therapists take a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Positive Psychology. We also incorporate hands on therapeutic approaches using creative based modalities including art and music within our groups and workshops.
Because creativity allows us to express ourselves in new ways, we can embark on a journey towards self-awareness and discovery.
