A group for teens to process the challenges of being a teenager today. Each week we will check in and then focus on a topic including anxiety, depression, social media, school or anything else that comes up! While also learning how to effectivley cope and manage our emotions.

This group is for those that are maintaining or trying to maintain sobriety and need a support group of peers in their age group.  STEPS will take a similar approach as AA or NA meetings but is only open to teens.

A creative hands on approach To Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for teens! We will be learning and reviewing DBT skills and incorporating them into weekly projects.
